NJAC offers a wide range of group fitness classes tailored to all fitness levels, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.

Participants must be at least 14 years old. Some classes may have specific age requirements; please check the schedule.

Most classes provide necessary equipment. For specialized classes, it may be recommended to bring your own.

You can sign up for classes through our online member portal or directly at the front desk.

Yes, most group fitness classes are included in your NJAC membership. Specialty classes may have additional fees.

Our instructors are welcoming and supportive, offering modifications to ensure you can participate comfortably at your own pace.
