Jump Start (Ages 7 – 11)

Designed for ages 7–11, Parisi’s Jump Start Program focuses on developing speed, coordination, and confidence during peak motor learning years. Using proven methods, we build strong athletic foundations. A required Evaluation ensures every athlete is placed in the right group based on their age and performance for the best results.

Total Performance (Ages 11 – 14)

Designed for ages 11–14, the Total Performance Program targets peak years for speed, strength, and power development. Athletes improve agility and movement efficiency through expert coaching and proven methods. A required Evaluation ensures athletes are placed in the right group based on age and performance for a more effective training experience.

P.E.A.K (Ages 14+)

Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge (P.E.A.K.) is our highest-level program, crafted for athletes pursuing collegiate or professional competition. Selection is based on Evaluation, progress, and dedication. With customized strength, speed, and recovery training, P.E.A.K. helps athletes smash plateaus. Many who’ve trained in this program have gone on to compete in Division I, pro leagues, and the Olympics.

Team Training

Designed for athletes who train as a team, Parisi Speed School’s Team Training Program focuses on building speed, endurance, and power.
