WINTER 2 PROGRAM
We are proud to announce the launch of our Parisi Winter 2 Program at New Jersey Athletic Club! This is the third iteration of our 10-week training program format, and we’ve made some exciting adjustments to provide an even better product for our Parisi Parents and Athletes, including expanding our training schedule to include Saturday mornings!
Winter 2 Training Schedule: Starting Saturday January 10th
Jump Start: Ages 7-11
- Monday-Friday: 4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm
- Saturday: 10-11am, 11am-12pm
Total Performance: Ages 11-14
- Monday-Friday: 4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm
- Saturday: 9-10am, 10-11am, 11am-12pm
Elite: Ages 14+
- Monday-Friday: 6-7pm
- Saturday: 9-10am

The Parisi Performance Evaluation is essential for every athlete age 7-18 entering our program. It ensures athletes are placed in the correct class and sets the foundation for success.

JUMP START (AGES 7-11)
The Parisi Jump Start Program is designed for young athletes and taught by certified Parisi Performance Coaches. Using the most up-to- date research, this program helps build a strong physical foundation while improving coordination, movement skills, and self-esteem. Our proven speed and strength training methods are delivered in a fun, supportive environment to keep young athletes engaged, confident, and motivated to give 110%.

TOTAL PERFORMANCE
(AGES 11-14)
The Parisi Total Sports Performance Program helps athletes get faster, stronger, and more resilient using proven training methods backed by the latest research. Led by certified Parisi Performance Coaches, the program focuses on key areas like linear speed, agility, and full-body strength, while teaching proper warm-up and recovery techniques to help prevent injuries. Each session is designed to build a strong athletic foundation and sharpen the skills athletes need to perform at their best.

ELITE (AGES 14+)
The Parisi Elite Sports Performance Program is designed for advanced athletes looking to push past the foundations built in Total Performance. With increased intensity and individualized strength programming, certified Parisi Performance Coaches tailor each session to the athlete’s specific goals. Focusing on speed, agility, and strength, this program refines skills, builds power, and prepares athletes to perform at their peak when it matters most.

Meet Our Coaching Staff

Mike Blackiston
Lead Performance Coach
A former Division I baseball player, Mike Blackiston played right field and third base at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Mike combines his competitive sports experience with academic expertise to help individuals improve performance, strength, and overall fitness.

Brandon Arana-Rivas
Performance Coach
Brandon Arana-Rivas graduated from Lawrence High School in 2021 and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Science from Rider University. A dedicated athlete, he plays semi-professional soccer for RCNJ as a fullback and served as a two-year captain for the RCNJ soccer team. Brandon combines his academic knowledge with leadership and competitive experience to inspire the youth athletes he works with.

Bella DiIanni
Performance Coach
Bella DiIanni was a three-sport varsity athlete at Livingston High School and has continued her athletic career as a collegiate soccer player at The College of New Jersey. She earned First Team All-County and All-Conference honors and was recognized with the prestigious Brian Piccolo Award, celebrating her leadership, courage, and dedication both on and off the field.

Michael Milewski
Performance Coach
Michael Milewski graduated from Northern Burlington High School in 2024 and is working towards an associate’s degree in engineering from Mercer County College. A dedicated athlete, he was a two-sport varsity competitor in football and wrestling, finishing his senior wrestling season with an impressive 16-2 record. Michael brings discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic from the field and mat into every endeavor.

Nick Diaz
Program Director
Nick Diaz graduated from Hamilton West High School in 2020 and earned a B.A. in Sport Management from William Paterson University. He played collegiate baseball as a pitcher, earning recognition as the American Legion Pitcher of the Year and ERA Leader in 2019, as well as First Team All CVC & All State Honors. In 2022, Nick pitched a perfect game against Orange County College, showcasing his skill and dedication on the mound. Nick also coached one season with the Hamilton West High School Baseball Team in 2025, serving as the pitching coach. He combines his athletic experience with a strong foundation in sports management and leadership.
