Semiprivate Training is a great way to transform your body with functional strength training exercises and cardiovascular conditioning. This program is perfect to burn calories, sculpt your body and make new friends along the way! As a member of the New Jersey Athletic Club, you have two complimentary semiprivate training sessions available each month!

Led by one of our highly qualified Certified Personal Trainers, you’ll be directed through a circuit style of carefully selected exercises specific to those in the group - no two workouts are ever the same.

If you’re looking for a different and fun way to kick start your metabolism in a smaller group setting, then this is for you!

Semiprivate Training is a great way to give quality instruction and coaching from one of our highly qualified personal trainers. The team setting is a fraction of the cost of private personal training which will help you achieve your goals without breaking the bank.


BOXING: Using a plethora of different strikes and techniques, this type of cardio really packs a punch. This class is a pure form of calorie burn along with intense muscle endurance training. This class is designed to get the blood moving and heart rate up early and often while also learning the proper punching/ striking technique. Our endless combinations and circuit training routines will have feeling like a world champ! (Boxing/ MMA Gloves are recommended)

CORE: This Ab based class will focus on strengthening and stabilizing our team’s core. In this intense 30 minutes, the class will target the core using a variety of different exercises and techniques that will make sure you feel the burn in your abdominals, obliques, and core. Allow our expert Trainers to put you through a routine that you are sure to feel the next day. This class is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen and tone the stomach region of the body.

HIIT: HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is a Strength based class in which maximum effort is exerted through short intense time periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in a reduced amount of time. By using strength-based exercises in short bursts along with active recovery time makes this class perfect for anyone looking to sculpt and transform their bodies. This Metabolic enhancing class will have you still burning fat even after you are finished!

OCR SWEAT: OCR stands for “Obstacle Course Resistance” this intense cardio focused class will have you ready tackle any race or weight-loss goal in mind. Workouts will consist of non-stop movement, to help both cardiovascular endurance as well as burning calories. This team class is perfect for anyone who is looking to sculpt their bodies by rising to the challenging routines in a high paced energetic environment. Allow our Coaches prepare you for your next big race!

TRX: TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This control-based class uses TRX suspension training equipment to combine the member’s body weight with gravity to create a routine that will enhance your body’s overall strength. This class is essential for anyone looking to improve full body performance.
