Yes, Rock Steady Boxing is designed to accommodate all stages of Parkinson’s disease. Our certified coaches modify exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness for each participant.

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and supportive sneakers. All necessary boxing equipment, like gloves and pads, is provided by NJAC.

For optimal results, we recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week. However, even one class per week can provide significant benefits.

No prior boxing experience is required. Our classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors will teach you everything you need to know.
