Conditions for Cancellation

For Members Not in Annual Agreement

Your account must be in good standing, with a zero ($0) balance.

For Members in Annual Agreement

  • Your account must be in good standing, with a zero ($0) balance.
  • Cancellations cannot be processed before the fulfillment date stated in your original agreement.
  • For relocation cancellations, your new address must be at least 25 miles from NJAC.
  • Acceptable proof showing your name and new address must be submitted along with this form. Member Services will provide instructions on sending in the relocation documentation.
  • A $50 cancellation fee applies to relocation cancellations.
  • For medical cancellations, a note from your doctor must be provided, indicating permanent disability.

Notice Period

NJAC requires a minimum notice of 30 days for membership cancellations. Please ensure your request is submitted in time to meet this requirement.

Processing Time

Please note that confirmation of acceptance may take up to 3 business days from the time your form is received. We appreciate your patience during this process.

What Happens Next?

After submitting your cancellation form, you will receive an email confirmation. You are required to cancel thirty days before my billing draft date.
