  • 30 Day Boost – The perfect boost to move you in the right direction towards weight loss and overall well being. This 30 day program focuses on basic concepts and lifestyle changes that are sustainable and easy to understand. Over 30 days you will have 4 face to face small group meetings for group discussion, support, handouts and weekly meal/workout planning. In addition, your dietitian will keep you on track with personal follow ups between meetings.
