NJAC’s Sports Performance Training

NJAC’s Performance Training strives to take each and every one of our athletes to the next level both physically and mentally.  Our experienced and passionate team aims to transform the lives of our athletes by empowering them to reach their full potential.

The Experience

Each athlete will be taken through a detailed assessment with one of our performance coaches to test their overall strength, flexibility, conditioning level, communication, and character.  Our assessment process was designed to touch on every aspect of your athlete’s needs to take his/her game to the next level.  Our goal is to prepare each and every athlete for the unknown of competition.

Mental toughness is a quality that will differentiate all of our athletes from the rest of the competition.  We stress the importance of being mentally prepared for every game so they will perform to their best ability.  Each athlete will develop the training tools and communication skills necessary to become a team leader on and off the field.  They will carry themselves with the appropriate knowledge, character, and communication to succeed.

Once we have taken the athlete(s) through the assessment, we will have enough information to train them to reach his/her full potential.  With each athlete devoting 100% effort and commitment they will see improvement in the following areas:

With nearly 30 million youths and adolescents participating in youth sports in the United States and more than 2 million injuries occurring per year, athletic performance training has become a necessity.  The demands and stresses that we ask of our athletes on and off the field are constantly increasing.  In order to keep them healthy and performing we strive to train each participant in the highest quality. It is our responsibility to prepare each athlete for every level of competition.
