Our boxing and kickboxing sessions combine cardio, boxing or kickboxing techniques, toning exercises, and strength training, making them full-body workouts. Our trainers customize each session, changing up the exercises to work various muscle groups and keep your training varied to ensure optimal results. Boxing is part of our HIIT Team Group Training Program.
